The board of eTranzact International Plc has recommended a final dividend of 12.5 kobo per share for the year ended 31 December 2025. The dividend is payable on 19 November 2026, subject to approval by shareholders at the company's 22nd Annual General Meeting, which holds virtually at 10:00 WAT on the same day. Shareholders on the register of members at 6 July 2026 qualify for the dividend.
